i would like everyone to know how terrible and automated the customer service is... spent some 500k coins on a card and poof gone... wait for email wait for email and they say the same thing.. i guess ea dosnt care about their customers they are just in it for the money... surprise surprise

To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
