I have problem in sign in to my account and i contact support 5  times and no solution i changed my password hundred times and same result .its been 5 days i cant login to my account so i need reply to my question . Stop asking me to reset my password .

Hey @shrayde,

If you've reset your password multiple times but this still won't allow you to sign in, you'll need to reach back out to our support team so they can assist further.

I'm afraid we're unable to make any changes to an account via the forums, so an advisor will need to take a closer look to help out with this situation.
