constantly told my credentials have expired every month

★★★ Newbie

This is the fourth or fifth time on my PC I've had to change my password in order to log into origin after receiving a message saying my credentials have expired. I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin and it hasn't helped. Wondering if this is a bug within EA? I've seen many other complaints similar to mine but none happening as constantly as every 3-4 weeks like me. Super frustrating.

I would recommend contacting EA Support via Live Chat here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

 

They will be able to look into this for you, and hopefully be able to resolve this.
