Trying to run this game on Windows 10 1803 x64. Downloaded via Origin. Ran it. Presented with the original version of the expansion "Kanes Wrath". I select the original, the splash screen pops up and stays up for about 15 seconds. It then just disappears and opens the Origin screen. No error. I try again but this time, try Kanes Wrath. Same issue. Splash screen pops up for 15 seconds and then just disappears.

I have seen issues with the game acting as you describe @Holmium as a result of anti-virus issues.

Can you try disabling your anti-virus and firewall and then try launching the game again to see what happens.
