cant hit targets that bounce all over the place

my internet is fine. my computer is fine. but every engagement with the enemy the movement doesn't seem to be smooth so my best buddies are shotguns in the meantime...

is this a server issue that they are working on or am i the only one with this issue?...

Improving your aim might do the trick. Also bullets are projectiles and have travel time, it's not just point and click when your target is moving. Anticipate their movements and shoot the next location your target will be instead of its current position.

your frame rate might be low. Might be difficult to track your targets if that is the case.

Hipfire when enemies are close and ads when they are mid to long range.

It's the netcode. It's not the best. So basically the delay throws your aim off. You have to aim to predict your targets movement.
