@xMaxrayx Slight buff for loba has been confirmed. I'm guessing they are changing her tactical slightly. Maybe faster or quicker access to it?

I'm guessing it's going to be a decrease in downtime from teleporting to the bracelet rather than a buff to its speed or animation while throwing it. I see a lot of players throw it to try and "sneak" up on people but conveniently forget that its:

A. Loud as hell.

B. Has a significant downtime after using it.
