I've had my gaming pc for a whole month now and one of the most annoying things about it is the mouse, It randomly stops tracking so I replaced it.
My current mouse is a Primus Gladius32000P and it has a built in fire key that has a triple left click when pressed. I tested it in the firing range after figuring out what it did. I want to know if using this will get my account banned or not. To be clear I have NOT used this feature in any actual matches, I just want to save myself from doing something absolutely stupid.
Any info at all will be of great help.

@WTF_Huitzo To clarify, we do not automate appeals or the messages.
Our Terms of Service team does use templates to make sure their messaging is consistent for similar situations, but appeals are reviewed and handled by actual people and are not automated.
In this case, I'd definitely suggest seeing if your mouse software allows you to re-map that key while in Apex, or if not I'd personally avoid using that function.
A good rule of thumb is one action per key press/mouse click, which wouldn't be the case here from what you've described.

it's EA you can get perma ban for nothing and there's no support to appeal , it's all automated message.

@reconzeroI mean tbf you can put mousedrivers and settings for it in the same bin as specific controllers with extrabuttons and ofc our lovely strikepacks Cronus etc.
Atleast in theory eac could ban the software but its something they can’t with hardware mods
