battlefield 5 not showing up

Hello I have reedeemed a code for battlefield V from amazon prime but my game does not show up on ea desktop when I try to look it in the store it says to buy the game Does anybody know a solution?

Hey @kenanrifat if you open up your My Game Library in Origin do you see the game there?

I also have this problem and yes it does show in Origin.

Hey @jason6587 as EA Desktop is still in Beta then you may see issues pop up from time to time.

I'd recommend that you launch the game from Origin for the time being.
