I received a ban out of the blue
I don't cheat/exploit/hack i just re-installed my windows 10 and played apex for 30 mins and received an error with:
"The clients game account has been banned:banned"
I called/mailed support but they can't help me and there tos team or whatever its called is rubbish.
They just send out a standard email and telling me that I used cheats/hacks/exploits.
And can't go in detail of what triggered the ban.
So I can't make a new account without knowing what the reason of the ban was.
So is there someway that I can fight this on?
A supervisor or local EA facility that I can go to?
Because I lost around $20 and 430 hours of game-play.
And again i have no intention of hacking/exploiting/cheating
The only thing I used is a fps config.
