First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”!

I am very sorry for your inconvenience!

Answers HQ cannot do anything about bans because we are a public forum and can’t do anything account management related, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban. Can you please check your email box, if you see this message then you must have received a notification via email. Also, make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well.

To move forward on this, contact the nice folks over at accountdisputes, they can investigate: http://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
