account has been suspend then got banned after being hack [ Edited ]

I been playing so many years.i have  6,00kills and 5,000kills on my 2 legends  and many legendary skin on each legends .

then last august 5 my email password been change and I can not access to my account.

august 6 i did manage to fix my email but my account been suspended .

after 3days   august 9 I got email from ea saying .The action pertains to the following violation: 
Multiple Payment Failures.

then today august 9  I receive email again saying I was cheating ..

how come I was cheating in 5 days I don't have access on my account ....

my apex account has a very good stats and they think I will cheat after years of playing apex,

I have recipet all my transction .I ask the bank all paymnets was paid.

I think my account was been hack .

is kinda sucks ! been playing on apex legends then this happen .in one click good bye account.

1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Hi @EA_Darko 

i did try to invistigate my self ..

i did find out hacker can easly hack your account and sell to the cheaters low price..

i did buy one my self but off course i did not used it and return it to the owner.

theres no email access on the account.only origin .

the account I bought has very good stats almost legendary skins is unlock ..

ea dont give  investigate properly everything and they dont care to everyone..if they see your account cheat and done something.automatic banned

i will not give any info where i did bought the account etc. 

because they not help me when i need them
