a friend of mine was hacked and now get banned today [ Edited ]

hello.

like the title say someone use his account to use hacks, why now? because he recieve a email saying was banned by cheating today. which is weird because the last time he login was in october (when the zombie mode appear) looking previous emails he recieve various emails about logins between october and december, the login location was in HK, RU, VN, AR, UA and HU.

thank god that hacker don't change the password but thanks to him now my friend was banned here, so the question now is how create a... ticket to "pray" for unbanned?

P.S: he was trying to login in his steam account too. (thank you steam guard).

First of all, let's make sure your friend's account is secure.
He can follow the steps here, or he can contact the support team by following:

Click here to contact the EA support team 

• Click on your product Origin
• Then select 'PC
• Manage my Account'
• Can't log in

If he wants to appeal his ban.

He has to contact the Terms of Service team by using the link below.

The Terms of Service team tries to reply within 5 days but it can sometimes take longer depending on the case.

@ElBirri Hopefully they get it straightened out. I’d imagine they can check the Ip addresses and log in locations.
