Xbox seires X players Cant Play the Closed Beta

Players can't play the closed beta due to the fact that when you connect to EA servers in the menu the game crashes and talking to EA Help is no good either due to them giving you the same copy paste links found in the Answer HQ, but none of those work. The game is unplayable and I'm shocked we xbox players have not received any info on this game breaking issue. Everyday I open this general discussion to see if anyone can play and I see a new post about this issue with answer from an EA rep.

the fact they havent acknowledged this is beyond me, even the reviews on the xbox's beta speaks clearly. 

very little can play, the rest are homescreened. unfortunately we are part of the ones unable to play.

@csltrr Me too, XSX crashes as soon as it connects to the server, what on earth is EA doing? It has not been repaired for so long. Don’t they know that so many people can’t play it?
