Xbox Gamepass, Ea desktop

So I'm trying to download NFS Heat through Xbox game pass on my computer. But all I get is this popup and whenever I try to link my account through EA desktop it just tells me to reset my password over and over again. Any solutions?

To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product 

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
