I got banned on BF2042 via easy anti-cheat, for just playing as a medic and I have no idea why I was banned from the game. The crime here is that I paid for the game and had to wait since release for the game to be at a playable state and then for being good at one game first in my life I am banned, There was no reason given, and no evidence shown for this ban. Plus the other insult it takes 3 weeks to even find out if the ban will be lifted.
Also probably with no evidence that the easy anti-cheat is just good at banning all the wrong people and leaving cheaters in the game.
I would like to see the reason for the ban and what you will reason for your results at the end of the three weeks for you to decide whether your results are either urban or still banned.

Honestly, I just wish that any ingame actions against players, also had to include an detailed explanation of how the verdict was reached.
Too bad that the EU has not managed to forge any customer rights clauses that help with that.
While I have no sympathy for actual cheating, I believe that there should be more context given on such things than "because we say so". It is better to let some guilty get away than to sentence a single innocent.

@TheseusJasonyeah high K/D doesn't mean someone is hacking, but you never see a hacker going 7-10. The main stat is HS%. When low level players are near 50% HS% on ARs and SMGs, that is more sus than any K/D ratio.
High K/D rating is the main indicator in conjunction with a large number of kills. For you can make a large number of kills only if you rush, and when you rush, you often die. And the cheater actively rushes and rarely dies, because the main part of the cheat is a wallhack. They often don't need an aimbot at all. Thanks to the wallhack, the cheater sees all the enemies and can build a route so as to kill everyone in one by one without getting caught in the crossfire and getting shot in the back from the ambushed person.

Have you checked your stats?
[Edited]
I would have banned you as well, but would maybe have waited for a few more rounds if this would be stats based. But good to see that Anticheat is working in this game. Very much unlike in the older titles.
An interesting watch if you want to see cheaters in action in BF1/BF5 came out just 2 days ago. Entertaining (and made me uninstall BF5/BF1 for good now):
