Wrong ranked rewards

I finished season 1 of Apex legends in the platinum rank, but at the end of the season I for some reason received a bronze badge. 

I tried to contact support but they made no sense whatsoever and told me to make a forum post reporting it as a bug.

Extremely disappointing grinding for a goal and getting nothing for it.
