Wrong rank showing for Split 1 of Season 16.

When Split 2 of season 16 came out, I went to check my account statistics and it is showing the wrong rank for Split 1. I peaked at around 16K masters in Split 1 but the rank for Split 1 shown on my account stats is Diamond. Any help on why this is the case?

@marshkage2 Did you by chance demote before the end of the split. I think that screen shows where you ended the split but you will still get the correct rewards end of season.

I've contactced EA support 3 times about this so I hope someone here can resolve this.

Hello, I am having the same issue. Back when the split happened it actually demoted me twice for split 1 of season 16. My rank was reset from Plat 3 to Silver 1. When I turned it back on later, my rank was reset AGAIN down to Rookie 4. I didn't mind having to grind back to plat, because I figured I would still get the badge. I thought that it was just a visual bug and I would still receive the Plat rewards for it but it's still saying that I only made it to silver 1 for that split. I have proof that I made it to plat 3.

I have screenshots from being in Plat games and also from two Apex tracker sites showing my peak rating for the split. Also I have screenshots from a video I recorded and downloaded to my pc and  took in the VLC media app, so they're very bright for some reason but you can see the number of days left in the season in the top left and my rank in the bottom and calculate how much time was left in the season and see that it was the first split and I was in fact in platinum. Also on the tracker site, you can see where my RP got absolutely NUKED from 8k down to 0. I have more screenshots but it seems like I can only upload three at a time. My username in-game is Ponderousbowl1 Please help

I got dia first split...ended the split and the season in plat. got a plat badge and no dive trail this season 17

do you need to end the season now with a diamond rank or can you reach diamond at any point in a season to acquire the badge and dive trail the following season?

i did not get my diamond rewards. I ended both splits in plat though. Got plat rewards.
