Wraith knife

I spent $500 to get the wraith knife. All of the forums have stated a 1-500 chance of getting said knife. I spent the money and bought over the amounts of packs needed. I pulled the BLOODHOUND HEIRLOOM?!? HOW?!? This baffles me that the event JUST ended and it was available to purchase outright during the iron crown event. Obviously I didn’t. Now that I buy 500 packs to get the wraith knife it gives me the bloodhound heirloom. I feel deceived. I feel robbed.

Due diligence means you didn't do enough research into what you were paying for in order to make sure you got what exactly you were looking for. Meaning now that there's two heirloom items, and the fact you're only guaranteed one every 500 packs, you had a 1/2 chance of getting the Wraith heirloom within 500 packs.
