This is without a doubt the best World Edge map to date. A throw back to season 3 with some latest assets added. Please keep this as the default WE map going forward.

It's so good to get those POIs back - Train yard, refinery, sorting factory.

Some of the POIs are a welcome relief, but the "capitol/fragment" problem is as bad as ever, and the overall reduction in loot is also a deal breaker for me personally. And the lack of light. I can't shoot what I can't see. Personally I'll be glad when this is over.

@reconzero That's because of the Halloween event. Once that's over we'll return to full daylight. I just hope the map stays!

Or I could just get off my lazy butt and turn up the brightness on my TV. OR they could just not do crap like this which annoys people and makes the game harder to play. As if the game wasn't already hard enough.

@reconzero Well respawn seems to sometimes not get that apex is a competitive shooter and not a singleplayer game…so they do weird things like this that impacts the gameplay to such an extent that just annoys people

All of the maps have gotten better with updates, Worlds Edge included. 

Yes I definitely enjoy some older POIs, like Train Yard and Sorting Factory, but the newer WE plays  better in my opinion, and I think it just comes down to loot. The loot from the old WE (the one we’re playing now) is horrendous. Just really really bad, man.

And when loot is poor then the importance of RNG is magnified. I like RNG as a component of BR, but I don’t want the RNG to be so important that I’m consistently losing matches because I’m getting poor loot.
