Will Festival Paul George ever be available for puchase again?

I understand the reason for locking the festival/harvest masters but that's not fair for the rest of us that would like to purchase these players...will we ever be able to purchase these players again?

The event has expired so most likely no

It expired (conveniently like the auction house last season) days before it said it would. So essentially, it was a lie.
