Why so many dont play with mic ps4

@OpTc_Blinksdon't think you can talk to everyone to begin with? You cant on PC anyway,If so ive never heard anyone or don't have a setting on?

I've had people with mic on regularly when i began playing, but those have completely disappeared (no, I don't have voice off in settings)

I haven't heard anyone in months, literally, not even in ranked. And since solo's is here now (and we can safely assume it's here to stay given the popularity and success) i'll probably never hear any coms again outside of ranked.
