Why is the ps4 controller malfunctioning with Fifa 20 demo?

My ps4 controller that Im using on my pc is malfunctioning in the Fifa 20 demo in game menu. Please help what to do?

Are you using any third-party software to get your controller working on PC?

Yes. Im using DS4 Windows. Even if I dont it still mal functions even worse
