I have submitted a case and it was updated to in progress on the 17th February 2021, it has now been 14 days and I haven't had a response from the support team.

Hey @mikeknight1707 if you have appealed your ban with our TOS team then you will need to give them time to investigate and respond.
The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a response.
