Why is adding funds to your origin account so hard? [ Edited ]

Hello,

today i wanted to ad some funds to my origin wallet, for the first time. Nowhere in the shop or menu's i found a way to add funds directly and only by googling it i understand where to look and that you have to buy a card to add funds. The cards aren't for sale in the origin shop neither one of the online shops i usualy buy stuff from, but some obscure sites i never heard of. This totaly puzzles me, how is it that a rather large company like EA/Origin has that aspect so well hidden?

@matrone666  Ermm, yeah....Those sites are not official EA retailers, nor condoned by EA. 

The cards are available only in the authorized retail chain stores or certain online retailers
