Why exactly is it taking so long for me to get a match on even doubles?

Really, I mean it. I have long since completed the training section and gone to the shooting range at least a couple of times on PC. I have somewhat recently updated to Season 6, but I be it trios or duos, I can't get a match no matter how damn long I wait for the matchmaking process to take me to the map. WHATS GOING ON!? How long must I wait for there to be a match found? Is it the Servers, or both the Servers and my current rig?
