Why does the charge riffle exist?

@l_Malq_l A&D would have been fun if it wasn't for the fact that everyone was running Charge Rifle poking anything that moves and since healing and shield cells are so scarce it just made me stop playing the mode.

@Sati_Sati Dear god I completely forgot about the card system in TF1. I don't know how to feel about it.

@Sati_Sati i have been FORCED to use it yes, when rng only puts charge riffles in a area.. i would rather use my fists
