Majority of my purchased games gone from Library

happens to me sometimes, i just restart the app and my games are usually back.

I've done that all the ones claiming to be revoked in the long list didnt come back, DA did but Mass Effect Andromeda did not for example. 

I never owned the extras, but I bought Andromeda the first week it came out, the base game. It's gone along with those DLCs.

Hi! I have not been able to launch the sims 4 game at all. It is repeatedly showing - GAME LICENSE INVALID. I have tried multiple things[including articles on ea ]and followed every step prescribed by the ea advisors but nothing seems to resolve this issue. These are the things I have already tried,

1. Remove cache and restart the pc

2. Repair both the ea app and the game

3.reinstalled both the ea app and the game [literally multiple times]

4. Tried finding licence file in program data file but couldn't locate it

5. Deleted sims 4 folder from the documents folder.

6. Clean booted the pc

7. Followed the whole process mentioned on the article - Games that don't load , on ea site

As you can see I have tried every single mentioned solution but nothing is working. I can't get into the game. I cannot find any more information on this topic and it is so frustrating to see you cannot access a game you invested your time and money in. If anyone can PLEASE HELP ME.

@mudita08sri I'm right there with you. I've been dealing with this since May. I missed out on that login event and now I'm missing out on the Grim event. my posts either get deleted or moved.

Yeah I can understand. It is so frustrating cause I don't even know why it happened. One days I was playing next  day couldn't access it. Don't know if there ever will be a solution.

It seems the problem doesn't exists, if you ignore it according to EA. The supports are useless and tries to act clueless when I mentioned about these posts on the forum. My Games, DLCs or Contents are missing as early as April 2024. I have already tried everything I could think of and nothing works. I just want my games and items back.
