Hi! I am also having the issue of the base Sime 4 game and two of my DLCs being removed for unlisted reasons. I contacted support and they told me it was nothing on my end and to report it to this forum. I have restarted the app and cleared all of my cache and it is still not working. What should I do?

Ok, I've made a new discovery about this problem, for myself anyway, I don't know if its the same for everyone else. But simply restarting my EA App will re-add the missing games, resetting my cache doesn't need to be done. I'm not sure if just having the app open automatically when I boot up my PC is what's causing the issue, I will try over the next few days to see if turning that feature off, makes any difference.
Not convinced any tech person is reading this thread though, so maybe this can help other people, I don't know.

About a week ago, i opened EA App and downloaded and installed Mass Effect Andromeda for another play through. Everything downloaded fine, and the game was ready to play. I opened the app to play last night to have the number of games in my library diminished by over half, with a warning saying "This content has been removed for an unlisted reason". (see screenshot for reference)
I went on to EA help. I followed the instructions. Nothing gave me a live chat help window. Eventually i got an email that reads:
Hi Healthcover,
Thanks for using EA Help. We have created case number 185466793 and this unique access key for your question: 77ed8542. A Game Advisor will contact you soon.
When I click on the link, it takes me the case, and the button "resume case" appears. I click on this, and it simply takes me to the EA help homepage, and does not take me anywhere else.
Why is it so hard to speak to someone from EA to find out why 20+ of my games have been removed for an "unlisted reason". I understand EA want to use Answers HQ for run of the mill stuff, but this is far from run of the mill, and i need to talk to someone about it. Why is it impossible to do so?
Games i have owned for many years and played many hours of should not be removed, and I should be able to contact EA without spending over an hour going in circles on the silly website.
Can anyone provide any type of link to connect to live help? Because i don't seem to be able to connect to anyone at all.
Thanks for your time
Healthcover.

@BlueBlack007 Did you ever have an EA Play subscription, and did you "upgrade" Sims 3 to the EA Play version? If so, that would cause this particular error once your subscription expired. It's also worth noting that EA gave away a free monthlong subscription (which was then Origin Access) to anyone who had or enabled two-factor authentication during the month of November 2019, so you may have done that and received the free month without noticing, only for it to expire in December.
The important question is whether you could download or play Sims 3 now. The game may still work fine despite the message. If not, you'll need to contact EA customer support to have the expired EA Play version of Sims 3 removed from your account so you can access the version you purchased.

It was removed for unknown reasons, and when I try to reinstall it, it asks for me to buy it again. Not happening. Also it is very difficult to find help with EA... GIVE ME BACK MY DLC

hey ma, I really recommend going here and reporting them for this. I dont think its a bug as they make it possible for your games to be removed because they say thats fine when it isnt at all. We paid for our games and we should own what we paid for. I lost BF4 premium dawg. I put so many hours into that game and had waited a long time to get premium. Im so * peeved about this bs.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
