Same exact message. I cleared the cache. Yes, I own all my games, no play passes or rentals, just bought & owned, nothing is connected to Steam, & I even ran a repair on all the games present. It's still showing some "quest-item" as being removed for an unlisted reason. It looks as if all my add-ons, EPS, &/or DLC are present & accounted for, it's been a while since I played anything. I'll have to have a play day to see if anything is glitchy, missing, or running strangely, then I guess I'll have to address whatever it is at that point.

How weird is this?

redeemed a code for madden 22 and when I tried to install it it shows unavailable and I cant do anything about it

Had the same problem. If you have the e-mail for the code you can just redeem the game again, if you dont then i dont know.

Got on to play some of my older games on EA that I bought through Steam. Downloaded the EA app to find the games were removed by EA? Does anyone have a fix?

Same here; I just opened the EA app for the first time in a few weeks, and found this message indicating that "quest_item" has been removed for an unlisted reason. I see many other people have the same quest_item listed as having been removed. I tried both Help > Restart App and Help > App Recovery but I still get the same message. 

Does anyone know what this quest_item is? Whatever it is, I paid for it, I want it back.

I've just downloaded EA for the first time in years. I still know it under the name of Origin. 
I wanted to play Mirror's Edge again but found both games missing.
Any way to fix this, or get my money back?

Officially Origin is now obsolete, as in replaced by "EA App."

But I know what you mean, Origin is still on my machine, but as far as I know it won't work now.

I think you will need to install an up to date copy of EA APP. Reg register (security blah blah) and you should find

your games there.

Be very slow and careful about entering your details. I believe the app and EA to be secure, but if a wrong key is pressed

it can sometimes send you back to the start. Happened to me once a while back. Now no issues, and my games were

transferred to EA App.

Your games are somewhere in the corridors of EA so I guess if you use the same gamer tag? email address etc etc

then there is a better chance of them popping up.

I am not sure though. The above is just the best I can think of. Good luck, and post back in a day or whenever you want.

I am trying to launch Star Wars Battlefront 2 but it has an error message saying it was removed from my library and it says quest_item has been removed for an unlisted reason. I love SWBF2 and so I've desperately been trying everything for months but I can't fix it.
