i restarted the App cleared the cache uninstalled the App reinstalled it and still haveing the same issue when i talked to customer support they said it seemed like a other people are haveing the same issue

i also can concur that restarting app/pv/reisnatll does NOT fix this issue.
I have also lost my game libraby from Ea app and using gamepass also.

When are they going to address this issue? The customer support are useless, I have like 3 or 4 tickets already and none were able to help or have any idea and blames Steam when it is happening for users who bought the games directly from the EA App, Xbox, etc.
I have tried almost everything like reinstalling the EA App, recovering the app, logging in and out of the app, reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, etc. Nothing helps. The EA App says I don't own the game when I bought it from Steam.

Get used to not owning the games you've "purchased". It's the future of gaming. Fight for ownership and don't rent games from EA or Ubisoft...

Thanks for including the error message. Can I check if you purchased the missing game, or if you were playing it through an EA Play membership?
