EA app says that a game has been removed from my library

I am having the same issue. 21 of my 22 DLC are missing, both bought and free. I bought most through Steam.

Update friends: The issue has been resolved on my side as of 11:22 UTC. No restart or reinstall was required. Refresh your EA Library and see if you've got a fix. Good luck all!

After 4 long hours mine has finally been fixed!! Refresh your EA app and hopefully ya'lls will be fixed shortly too!

I bought a subscription to EA play for the month of April. I was able to download the Sims 4 pack "Get to Work", which I’ve previously never owned. Once my subscription ran out, on the 13th of May I believe, the subscription renewed but the pack uninstalled from my game. I'm now having trouble getting into my save file which I had added items and gameplay from the "Get to Work" pack into. If I try to open my save file, it says it will be corrupted! 

I contacted EA support, they told me it's an ongoing problem right now, to wait a few days and to post my issue here. 

Hope it gets resolved soon.

I faced the same problem as many others, 17 dls were removed from my library, I hope they fix it soon

4 hours later and nothing changed..It doesnt even say the reason why all my sims packs were removed.Hopefully someone will fix this issue and we wont have to pay for these packs again..

EDIT- Looks like my packs are finally back!! thank you <3

I have my games back and my eaplay game pass back, they seams to work on it  

I have just uninstalled ea app and reinstall

this is exactly what's happening to me. This was free when you linked your account to Epic Games. now today I get a frustrating message saying these packs have been deleted I tried the same stuff as you.
