Game won't start via EA App due to faulty activation

I’m having the same issues to. Can’t play battlefield 1, star wars battlefront 2, battlefield v what’s going on? Did a new update break something? Paid for my games and 1 gifted to me and some was free back when y’all was doing a monthly game giveaway

EA removed my games from my library due to EA play membership ended even though I just renewed it through my xbox game pass PC 2 days ago, now all the games is undetected by the app and I uninstall all of them through control panel. EA app detected that I have an EA play membership but now I can't download any game because it returns as an error. I've tried clearing cache and reinstall the EA app, even Unlink and link my xbox account. nothing works.

I was playing Star Wars Jedi Survivor and the game crashed and I had to force close it. Now I cant open the game because its been removed from my account for an unlisted reason. I've tried clearing cache to reinstalling the app. I've deleted all the files for the game but still no luck.

Today I logged in after some time and for the first time ever I got this message.

I SERIOUSLY HOPE that this is an extremely late 1st of april joke.

'cause I never, NEVER removed these games from my library.
I NEVER remove ANY game from ANY game client.

Tried to clear the cache but these are still missing.

Same here. A lot of games "removed for a reason unlisted". My list is really big. What the hell is going on with the EA App?

I play on mac and just got the official EA app yesterday. I purchased the movie hangouts pack & it will not appear in my game. I have tried repairing my game, but this has not done anything. Also, when I open the Sims 4, my game pack won't appear as purchased. (It says purchased in the EA app, and not purchasable in the Sims 4 app).

I went in game to CAS and none of the items that come with the pack appear. Same goes with building mode & any of  the interactions that come with the pack.

I am frustrated because I spent money & can't even use what I purchased. I thought about opening Origin instead, but that just boots me back to EA.

TLDR; Movie hangouts downloaded to EA app and computer, but won't appear in game. What should I do?

A bug happened with my EA library. I am playing with EA game pass. I downloaded a game and the game was removed from my library for no reason today. Do I have to re-download it? Thanks for help.

Greetings, fellow gamers.

I have run into a small problem. I have recently downloaded Jedi: Survivor thanks to my EAplay subscription that I have as a part of Xbox Gamepass. 
However, when I tried to launch the game today, it told me, "You do not own this game; its possible that another user downloaded it. Please log in as him and try it again."

This is unlikely, as I do not have more than 1 account. And I can still see the game in my folders when I go to my D:/JediSurvivor folder. However I am unable to find the game in my EA Library.


Any tips on how to fix this? Thanks.

I was playing BF 2042 via Xbox Game Pass for months until this issue occured. Today I tried to launch BF 2042 and it said "Game ownership disabled or deleted". I cleared the cache, I checked if EA App is up to date but none of them worked. I'm seeking help but can't contact.

today many of my games were removed the same way it was described by several people in this thread and the download of games from the ms xbox gamepass stopped working. pls fix this!
