EA app says that a game has been removed from my library

Mischief managed. All my missing packs have been returned as New Items and a quick game repair sorted out all the issues.

i cant find my games on my library no symbol or anything i cant even click it but its telling me that i have 2 installed games which is true i tried everything in forums but it didnt work

Hello there

For 2 days I have been dealing with this problem and I could not solve it, please help me. My ea games that I bought through Epic Games were deleted and the ones through the game pass were also deleted. When I try to reinstall it, I cannot see my library through the ea app, I cannot buy any games from the store. There is nothing I have not tried for 2 days, I reset my computer, I reset my computer, deleted the ea app, reinstalled it, reinstalled the old version, but it does not work, the same problem is not related to my account, I enter my friend's account and it continues again.
this problem ruined my game.
Please fix it.

@EA_Leeuw I found that logging out of ea app and logging back in with xbox account kinda worked. I'm able to install jedi survivor now, but no way to know if it stops in the middle.

Me too bought from steam games etc and they arent in ea app.. i can re download games and play like two differend saves -.- and then i have two copys from same game... Ea play pro in ea so it does not work in steam and cant use my saves from steam at ea. And checked that my steam and ea its linked but cant take steam down and relink now.. need to wait like 2-3 months for that.. there it says i am linked but does not seem like it.. Help me pls

@EA_Leeuw my games are still missing from the library and I cannot access them because the EA App says I don't have access, even though I own the games on Steam.

Need for Speed Rivals Complete Edition with 13 DLCs and Crysis 3 Soundtracks has been removed from my EA App library.

When are you guys going to fix it for those who are having the issue for more than a month now. I never rented or subscribed to EA Play, I bought the games on Steam and yet I cannot access them.
