@7777070707 log out of the app and log back, see if it is restored. I have re-linked my xbox to ea so lost all my progress but everything seems to be working again, can anyone with sims dlc's confirm, steam or xbox

i have the same problem with sims 4 , i have 87 extensions in Steam and EA app just 2 

i intalled sims 4 again and it's the same , in the EA app i have the extensions removed

Good news, my game's back to normal, I got all my packs and stuffs back

Yeah it worked for me too.
I logged out from EA then logged back and everything's working now.
