EA has randomly removed a game DLC from library!

i started ea app this morning and saw that my crysis 3 dlc's are removed for an unlisted version

i wanted to play f1 22 again  after not being home for a while but when i wanted to start it it  said  that the game got deleted but not who or why it got

The problem still exists that Battlefield 3 doesn't show up in the EA app.

When i start the EA app again Battlefield 3 is back.

I have succesfully installed and played EA FC 24 for some time now. But suddenly I can't run it and the app says it was deleted from my library "for an unlisted reason".
How can I find out the reason and if I can't how can I get my refund because this is outrageous.

+1 the whole thing with unknown "quest_item" that was supposedly removed, that nobody seems to know what it even means.

@BaneHidariThis just happened to me as well. BF 2042 (Among many others) got removed from both of my accounts for "unknown reasons." Thankfully I only bought it for 10$ but it isn't really a good experience that EA can just take it away on a whim for whatever reason.

This just reinforces the standpoint I have about never EVER buying anything from EA again. Quite literally every other studio and game launcher works better than this. And I MEAN literally. Bethesda launcher was better than this. Epic games launcher in its infancy was better than this. To this day I can't play games that were fine in Origin.

And for whatever reason ever since Wednesday (or at least since I opened EA app on Wed) it has been saying that games have been removed from my library, but then doesn't list what games or even why it would be trying to do that! And I feel like it's related to this ridiculousness.

Happened to me just now. Anthem, Madden 23, and NFS Hot Pursuit are removed. And still not showing up.

Every damn time the POS EA launcher updates, I have to go turn off in game overlay because every BF game crashes with it, especially BF4 is the worst.  

BIGGEST TRASH SOFTWARE ever.
