EA app says that a game has been removed from my library

Crysis 3 Soundtrack and Need for Speed Rivals + 13 DLCs has been removed from my account and the support is not able to help. And since I own the game on Steam, both EA and Steam are playing the blame game that everything is fine on both sides.

Does anyone here who bought the game on Origin/EA App have the same issue or is it only affecting users who bought the games on Steam?

How or why come the EA app chose to remove Anthem from my library? I bought it during a sale and now it doesn't even show up in the library anymore. Instead there's an alert above, which says: "Games have been removed from your library for an unlisted reason" how do i get my game back?

I've got the same issue - got this alert on my account last night - as far as I can tell I have all the DLC for The Sims 4, and these two no longer exist? I do still have the Digital Deluxe apparently but I can't remember what the Up All Night pack was exactly?

I suspect EA might have rebranded the pack or something? I have a "Bonus Content" in my library but that's not exactly clear what it is

My NFS Rivals has the same problem, I wanted to get nostalgic so I bought the game, like OWN it, so when I come to the EA play App, it says that my NFS Rivals among with all the DLCs were removed for an unlisted reason. I bought it on Xbox and still having the same issue as you did with steam, so for sure it is the EA responsibility.

I had a bunch of games like battlefield 1 with dlc and alot of other games and dlc's but just now i got a message that said they are removing alot of that and i dont understand why? Give them back

They all got removed for an "unlisted reason" and BF1 for example is still on sale so whyyyy?

Having the same problem with "The Sims 4: Get to Work". Has anyone had any luck contacting support? I read on Reddit that they're supposed to be "working on it" but no one has any idea if this problem will be fixed for everyone or just for the people who contact them.

I've just installed Win 11 on my new Macbook m3 Max in a VMware, installed the EA App and I see the same message about 10 games I owned, and it referred to being done to January 2022 :/

It's been a while since I gamed, but I own all of the BF series and all of DLCs of BF1 & 4, which are indicated as being removed.

I'm downloading 2042 for now, and I'll check the rest later.

I have sent multiple mails to ea but have gotten no response and it seems like nobody else has either and the only response iv'e seen ist that they said that they user was spreading false information
