Battlefield 2042 removed for unlisted reason

I just logged in to the EA app and i got a message that some games have been removed from my library...... Everything to do with Battlefield 2042 has been removed!!!! i preordered the game before it came out and now all of a sudden it is removed?!??!?!!??!

After my vacation, I come back expected to be happy and play some Star Wars Battlefront 2, but then over half my games were removed from my library! Then, all they sent me was a survey when I asked for help.

Alot of us are having this issue, logging in and getting messages that various products have been removed from our libraries.

Just got one this morning stating that my copy of Mass Effect Andromeda and Deluxe Edition content was removed. Generally, a quick restart of the app corrects the issue for the moment.

I'm having the same problem, all my games (except the Sims 4) were removed for "unlisted reason." And in this case for Order History, I can't since the email that I use for my EA account is no longer in use.

I'm also seeing this every few times when i log into my account. Heck even my battlefield V game doesn't show anymore even though I own it and can still play it when I just launch it from desktop. But im seeing a bunch of logs of it showing this and that has been removed makes no sense why im seeing this.

@EchoFourth I was uninstalling Mass Effect LE yesterday & everything worked fine on the app. Today I got the "This content has been removed for an unlisted reason' log. Even for games like Anthem & ME, that I bought. Hope it's not really gone
