Why does nfs heat not let you remap the buttons on playstation

I find it kind of annoying that you can't remap the buttons for nfs heat. i am physically disabled and can't press the R2 button for gas. you guys talk about how your trying to make games more accessible but apparently it's a joke to you. not everyone can use their hands like a normal person there should be no excuse for any game these days to not have button remapping. I'm not trying to be an * it's just very frustrating.
