Why does my madden not have head to head season

When I try to play  head to head the play online button is not there I could only play field of fear when it was out

i just got madden 23 for the xbox one, but it doesn’t show me the option to play H2H do i have to be a certain level?

@Papigoat567 They said if get level 3 u can unlocked but my level don’t work. I do all the challenges

okay so i wanted to play madden 22 after i long time and i see mut level undefined. i have no idea what it is but i know i only have ps4 version of madden 22 so im confused on why it says that. i have no idea on how to get it back either and i need major help because i wanna play wit my old mut team. the only other madden i have is madden 23 next gen and i never played it so yea need help
