Why aren`t they any other refund-options (for example, less than 2 hours ingame time) besides the period of purchase?
Most of other game-companies, do have this option, to refund the game, if you have played the games less than 2 or 3 hours, why doesn`t it have origin ?

Hey @QqSENPAIpQ, there is actually a lot of refund options for EA games.
EA has a thing called the Great Game Guarantee that covers refunds and offers a lot of options for refunds.
When you play a game for the first time, you want it to rock — to be worth all you spent on it. We want that, too. And while we can't guarantee that you'll never come across a glitch, we’ll do what we can to make it right if something goes wrong.
That’s why we call it the Great Game Guarantee: if you don't think it’s great, return it.
You may return EA full game downloads* (PC or Mac) and participating third party titles purchased on Origin for a full refund. If you bought a bundle of games, including games with extra content, all games and content have to be returned together*.
You can make a refund request:

Hey @EA_Darko, there is only one option, where this is possible, you can only make a request in a certain time:
You can make a refund request:
For Example, what would be nice, if you played a game less than 3 hours, you can request a refunf after 30 days. That would be a nice other option, what EA doesn`t have.
