Definitely! Hopefully, this is being done. I missed out on kicking Digg's butt because I didn't get there in time and had to listen to it over the radio while I was stuck behind the wall. :-(

I've even seen them in solo, where they completely halt progression and force you to leave the mission completely.

I just used respawn. This teleported me to my group.

Its hit or miss with respawn sometimes it respawns behind the wall still
