Where or How do you get Classic Customizations. Want Leaf Patrol Hat

Does anyone know how to get classic customization? I notice you get them at portal events chests most of the time but any other way to win them??

The packs tell nothing about the classic...I kept opening each one and no classic customization...for example: I want the Leaf Patrol Hat.

Get lucky and get the one you want from the weekly chests
Get lucky and get the one you want from Rux once a month.

And that's really the only way to get them. They wanna draw out the unlocking process as long as possible so it could be a long time before you get the item you want. Not to mention you do have to deal with the silver-gem versions of those items which draws it out even longer
