When is Rev Octane ultimate abuse going to get patched out of the game

This is the lamest and most toxic way to play this game. They patched out crypto Rev, wraith Rev but they leave this in the game for multiple seasons. 3rd partying is strong enough without these exploits

@SheepsKing Basically, when you push in a Rev Ult via an Octane jump pad there is no audio when they fly through the air so a team can very easily sneak up on you.

It's a major strategy used in ranked play at the moment.

Ok, is this an audio bug though? Im pretty sure there isn't supposed to be audio for moving through the air.

I mean to say, god forbid two characters have some synergy right? There's still audio cues for Totem and JumpPad being used, and people being launched literally glow. If you're being caught off guard then you should probably try to be more aware of your surroundings. Also, this strategy is not even new, like you couldve been doing this ever since the Jump pad buff he got like 2 seasons ago.

Also, if you're getting 3rd partied all the time, you should probably consider how long you take fighting people. Like 3rd parties are unfortunate, but if you're taking longer than a couple minutes to kill one team, then you should probably just expect it.

@SheepsKing He said it, Any legends that had Synergy were nerfed fast, Wraith+ Rev was a thing, they patched it multiple times to counter it fast. why not Rev+Octane which is way stronger, way easier and also has no Audio when approaching the other team? We have inconsistency here.

@SheepsKing They reduced Wraith Portal's Distance, You can't immediately Enter the portal when used Rev ult, also you can't enter immediately to portal after you got send back. They patched it during the season that Rev ult was actually being used with that Combo. So you see what's the point of this thread.

@WreckingVi The launchpad + rev ult isn't the problem itself, it's the audio that you can't hear enemies that are 5m away from you even tho they are creeping up on you like candyman in kids park.

They will not be doing anything to the audio that they screwed up in S3, since they haven't done it already it's because they have no * clue how the game works since it's basically just titanfall modpack.

It took them 6+ seasons to fix pathfinder and wraith hitboxes, do you think they are going to fix the audios or other stuff anywhere in the future?

For a long * time pathfinder had no leg / hip hitboxes.
