When Reporting

A hacker in game.  I don't know about you guys but when I know the guys is a hack using Aimbot, I report him like 3 times as a cheater, Does it actually register  that many times. Just wondering more times reported might mean more looked at by (whoever looks at the hack replays)?

Maybe someone could give out a detailed explaination on how anticheat reporting works, but it might help hackers who visit this forum to understand more ?

I report after I watch the player for a bit, during his game-play while he toggles on/off  and one more for good measure.... just before they win the match.
