When I play, I mostly drink tea or fresh juices. Mostly it was apple or orange (citrus), but recently I discovered Spirulina Juice https://prorganiq.com/blogs/new/spirulina-juice-health-benefits-uses-side-effects. It is very useful for health, although at first it is not quite pleasant to the taste.
