Why am I getting the same message to every help topic when logged in my account?

When I do log out it shows all the articles and chat options, offers to send an email, but at the end asks me to log in my account and boom, suddenly everything is gone

@InkStarBoy it seems to be working my end. Have you tried clearing your browser cashe and history and restarting?

works only when I log out! 

Aftrer I log back in..

and the weird part is, it asks me to log in to my account but before I was able to contact customer support without logging in
