What do you do if you never receive a response on your open case?

I never received any response on my open case whatsoever. It has been 3 months.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure what causes a case to be missed like that. Please get back in touch with the EA Help team with a new case so they can take a look at your issue:

EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary
Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance
Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page
