PC is the wild west, always going to have cheats, do yourself a favour and switch to console or just accept it's what happens, the Devs can't stop people hacking and when they do another will pop up because those cheat creators make a ton of cash and they always ready to go again when something gets patched.

@CAGOA33 There's ways to deal with cheaters and cheat providers.... but it'd costs money and ultimately has a 0 dollar return on investment.
That's the real truth.

the devs WONT fix what's happening, and what's about to happen when crossplay comes online.. Cant wait for the tears and crying from console players.. will be glorious.  In the meantime, Other companies are suing cheat maker websites, and it's revealed that Apex legends is one of the easiest games to make cheats for.  Go figure.

For personal computers, I disagree. Cheaters and/ or coders / programmers will be part of the personal computer gaming ecosystem for a long time. People who purchase most likely will be caught, yes, but don't count on the actual coder to ever be.

Saying "There's ways to deal with cheaters and cheat providers" is a thin stretch. Coders / programmers don't just stop for gaming and say hey, let's create cheats. Their the ones who are creating the games, software services like anti cheat.

Also you somehow missed the investment side of things. A company that doesn't try will lose their community around their product. The investment is that companies product. Just like the costs of running a buiness, you also spend to protect it.

One of the easiest games to make cheats for is Apex Legends, did you not read that part?  That's coming straight from a website that was warned it would be sued if they didnt remove the Warzone hacks for cod. The website listed Apex as one of the easiest cheats available.  EA his this plague in all of it's shooter games, and higher proportionally than any other game developer. Ask yourself why that it. I'll answer it for you, they do not care.  Why did epic only hire ONE person to manage ALL cheating problems on all platforms, and not hire a group? Because they dont really care. We are a sucker customer, they treat us like scum.
