R301 is the perfect weapon in my opinion.
It does decent damage but not enough to be considered OP. It's got creat accuracy when modded but it also has negatives. Iron Sights are horrid on the weapon making a red dot at the very least a MUST for the weapon. It has horrible base ammo count so you need an extended mag for it to stand a chance in a proper firefight. It's second to none mid range but struggles up close and across long distances (even on single fire with a good sight)
It's the perfectly balanced weapon. If you want to ballance weapons just look at how the R301 is ballanced. That should be the gold standard for balance.
