Weak foot downgrade to El Shaarawy Premium SBC?

I've been reading about this after the leaked update... also about the 4 stars skills on Son, 5 stars on Dembélé... but I really wanna know if Shaarawy will also see his weak foot downgraded from 4 to 2 stars, because that would be deadly for his Ultimate SBC and I want him on my team...

Any help? He is now 2 star weak foot outside Ultimate Team.

As far as I am aware, EA don't alter cards that already exist. eg. If a player gets an upgrade then a new card is released. So if El Shaarawy was to get a downgrade in weak foot, I don't think it would effect the SBC as the card is already released. Also there would be a lot of backlash if they did do that.
